Lam Dong Trade Union aims for 2,000 initiatives to be applied
Lam Dong - Provincial Trade Union aims to have 2,000 initiatives and solutions for union members and workers applied in production, business and work.
On January 15, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - said that patriotic emulation movements are being widely implemented in the provincial union system.
According to Mr. Hoang, trade unions at all levels have innovated the content and form of emulation in a practical direction, associated with political tasks and practical situations in each locality, unit and enterprise. Thereby, attracting a large number of union members and workers to respond positively.
The emulation movements have aroused the spirit of creativity, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, contributing to helping many units and enterprises complete and exceed annual targets and plans.
Notable are movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public affairs, good at housework", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, safe, hygienic at work", "Innovation, creativity and digital transformation" ... bringing practical results.
Through emulation movements, thousands of initiatives and technical improvements of union members, workers, civil servants and laborers have been applied in practice, bringing in the value of tens of billions of VND, Mr. Hoang emphasized.
Also from emulation movements, many typical advanced collectives and individuals have been commended and rewarded by all levels and sectors. The Provincial Trade Union has organized many conferences to commend and honor outstanding workers, union officials, enterprises and employees.
In particular, 311 collectives and individuals received flags and certificates of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 1,775 collectives and individuals were awarded flags and certificates of merit by the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee.
According to Mr. Hoang, these results have created a strong influence among union members and workers, contributing to improving productivity and labor efficiency, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of Lam Dong province.
This is an important foundation for Lam Dong Provincial Trade Union to continue implementing patriotic emulation movements in the period of 2025 - 2030, with the goal of having at least 2,000 initiatives and solutions of union members and workers applied in production, business and work.
"We will continue to innovate emulation content in the direction of closely following the grassroots, focusing on direct workers; at the same time, promptly discover, honor and replicate advanced models", Mr. Hoang affirmed.
