In 2026, 19.5 LLC (Department H08, Ministry of Public Security) aims to increase income for employees by 10% compared to 2025.
On January 20, Mr. Le Van Quyet - Chairman of the Trade Union of 19.5 LLC (Company 19.5) said that the company currently has 1,180 employees.
In 2025, production direction and management will be implemented flexibly and closely to reality; technical work, research and innovation of processes, production technology and product quality management will be improved... The company also implements and strictly complies with financial and asset management, develops the capital assigned by the State and the Ministry of Public Security, thereby achieving the average income of employees at 15,620,000 VND/person/month.
The company has successfully completed the task of producing military uniforms for parades, parades and important political tasks of the country; at the same time, maintaining market production to increase revenue, create more jobs and increase income for workers.
Regarding the implementation of policies and care for the lives of workers, the company has fully and promptly implemented policies and regimes for workers such as salary increase, retirement, vacation, periodic health check-ups, holiday bonuses, Tet, 13th month salary, support for labor protection, pay bonuses for each year of work... In particular, the Company pays attention to taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers; raising the salary for shift meals; organizing well welfare and social security activities; ensuring labor safety, fire prevention and fighting, and preventing serious work-related accidents.
Mr. Quyet said that in 2026, the company will closely follow the direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the leaders of the Department H08, coordinate with the competent authorities under the Ministry and the Department to implement the project to restructure enterprises and investment projects to expand production. The government and trade unions will coordinate to effectively implement policies and regimes with workers, care for and look after the health and lives of cadres and workers; regularly maintain cultural, artistic and sports emulation movements, and promote the activities of mass organizations. In particular, strive for workers' income to increase by 10% or more compared to 2025," said Mr. Quyet.
