Cosevco 6 Joint Stock Company dialogues and cares for workers' lives
Quang Tri - Cosevco 6 Joint Stock Company demonstrates its responsibility to employees through dialogue, stabilizing production and taking care of their lives and income.
On January 25, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Cosevco 6 Joint Stock Company had just held a conference to summarize production and business activities in 2025 and a conference for workers in 2026.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and evaluating the production and business situation of enterprises; trade union activities; implementation of regimes and policies for employees, and at the same time proposing many solutions to increase income and stabilize employment in the coming time.
The conference recorded 45 opinions of employees on wages, social insurance, emulation, rewards and employment policies; of which 30 opinions were answered directly, 15 opinions were accepted for consideration and handling.
The recommendations focus on adjusting salaries, raising contract salaries, considering year-end rewards, attracting highly skilled workers and expanding the market to stabilize jobs and increase income.
Speaking at the conference, the leaders of Cosevco 6 Joint Stock Company acknowledged the sense of responsibility and the frank, constructive opinions of the employees.
The company's leaders said that they will continue to review, gradually remove difficulties, stabilize production, create sustainable jobs, improve the material and spiritual life of workers, and aim for sustainable development of the enterprise.
