Do Luong Commune Labor Union promotes its role in representing and protecting workers

On January 12, Nghe An Labor Federation (LDLD) said that Do Luong Commune Labor Union had just held a conference to summarize union activities in 2025, deploy directions and tasks for 2026.

In 2025, the Do Luong Commune Trade Union has performed well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; actively participating in patriotic emulation movements; paying attention to visiting and encouraging union members in difficult circumstances; coordinating well with the government in carrying out local political tasks.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Tran Thi Huyen Mo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Do Luong Commune, acknowledged and commended the results that the Do Luong Commune Trade Union has achieved in 2025; at the same time, she suggested that the Commune Trade Union Executive Committee continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality of caring for union members' lives, promote the role of the trade union in building the great national unity bloc, contributing to the successful implementation of local political tasks in 2026.

Also at the conference, authorized by the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Commune Federation of Labor awarded certificates of merit from the Provincial Federation of Labor to the collective of the Do Luong Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. union and 7 individuals who are union members with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in 2025.

The conference agreed to approve the key directions and tasks for 2026 with the determination to build an increasingly strong trade union organization to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
