Accordingly, directing the implementation of activities to care for the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026 for union members and workers, Mr. Nguyen Huy Khanh - Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation requested the Commune, Ward and Grassroots Trade Unions to closely follow the direction of the City Labor Federation, seriously and focusously implement, ensure real effectiveness, ensure that 84 communes, wards, Trade Unions of Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks synchronously implement the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng".
