In the first 6 months of 2025, Trade Unions at all levels have coordinated with professional colleagues at all levels to effectively carry out occupational safety and hygiene work, promoting the active and effective role of the occupational safety and hygiene network in urging and reminding workers at each shift and production team, thereby raising awareness and consciousness of workers about safe working measures, preventing occupational accidents.

Under the close direction of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Corporation, the close coordination between the Trade Union and the profession, along with the full implementation of timely support and reward regimes and policies and creating conditions for exchange and learning, the occupational safety and hygiene team has promoted a high sense of responsibility and dedication.

The Corporation's Trade Union recommends that in the coming time, grassroots trade unions coordinate with professionals to continue to consolidate and enhance the role of the occupational safety and hygiene team in monitoring, ensuring occupational safety and environmental hygiene at the workplace; periodically train and train occupational safety and hygiene teams to improve basic skills, grasp legal regulations on occupational safety and hygiene;
