Nearly 800 Hai Phong union officials receive labor safety training
Hai Phong - On May 17, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation organized the second training course on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025.
The training course has nearly 800 union officials, officials working in occupational safety and hygiene at units, enterprises throughout the city and central enterprises located in the city.
On May 17, the trainees were informed, exchanged, and guided by legal experts from the Department of Employment (Ministry of Home Affairs) to handle specific situations related to occupational safety and hygiene, occupational accidents, and work regulations at agencies, units, and enterprises.
The reporter also emphasized the importance of implementing occupational safety and hygiene at enterprises, analyzing the responsibilities of enterprises, the occupational safety and hygiene team, union officials as well as each employee in ensuring occupational safety and hygiene. In particular, union officials and labor safety officials need to regularly improve their awareness, skills, and understanding of legal regulations to apply and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
The training course is one of the practical activities on the occasion of Workers' Month, in response to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025.
