Ensuring safety for workers working through Tet in Da Nang
Many enterprises in Da Nang ensure labor safety for workers working through Tet, organize the best care for their lives so that workers can work with peace of mind.
On the morning of December 24, the Da Nang City Labor Federation visited and presented gifts to businesses with workers working during the Lunar New Year 2025.
Leaders of the Da Nang City Labor Federation and Mr. Le Van Trung - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City visited and presented gifts at Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company, Km11+500 of the Nam Ham Hai Van route (Lien Chieu district).
Here, Mr. Ngo Truong Nam - Deputy General Director of the Executive Board of Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company said that the company has arranged workers to be on duty at the project site, completing the construction of key projects as required, in addition to ensuring safety for workers working at the projects during the Lunar New Year.
For the team of workers at the construction site, over the years, we have ensured full implementation of welfare regimes, including 13th month salary and even January salary. During the Lunar New Year, the company has developed specific programs and plans to best care for the lives of workers and their families during the Tet holiday. We not only ensure Tet bonuses, but also organize visits, spiritual encouragement and support activities for workers' families, showing deep concern and sharing from the company, said Mr. Nam.
Along with that, the Da Nang City Labor Federation also visited and presented gifts at Rubbersoul Viet Nam Company Limited (Lien Chieu District).
At the units, Mr. Le Van Trung - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City sent New Year wishes to businesses, as well as acknowledged the efforts of businesses in business and production activities; highly appreciated the activities and policies to care for the lives of workers.
The visit and gift giving activities of the City Labor Federation every Tet holiday is one of the activities to care for the material and spiritual life of workers, laborers as well as enterprises. Thereby, encouraging and motivating workers and laborers to complete assigned tasks well, and celebrate Tet more fully and warmly.
