Opening the culture of Vietnam Trade Union towards 100 years of formation and development
95 years of formation and development in different environments, including a very fierce environment, have created a brave, strong and unique Vietnamese trade union. Therefore, summarizing the culture of Vietnam's trade union organization is the right thing to do. To solve this problem, I would like to raise some issues such as being a backpack on the new development path, beautifying the identity of Vietnam's trade unions towards a new era with many rapid and great changes.
In the coming time, the Vietnam Trade Union will face a major challenge. To resolve and turn major challenges into new development opportunities, it requires correct understanding, good practices, and high results through a system of solutions, but it is not impossible to ignore the solution of promoting culture of the Vietnam Trade Union, which plays a key role in development, such as the Resolution of the 9th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee on building and developing Vietnamese people to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country affirmed: "Focus on building culture in the Party, in state agencies and organizations; consider this an important factor to build a clean and strong political system".
Vietnam Trade Union Culture
Vietnam Trade Union Culture has in common with trade union organizations around the world that it is created by workers themselves, from the voluntary solidarity and action of members for the common goal of social progress. Trade unions are born in a society with classes and classes whose benefits are both equivalent and opposite.

In that society, the disadvantaged, especially the workers, are always the ones who are at a disadvantage, some accept a life of darkness, poverty, injustice, some resist and have to trade it off with their blood and from there realize the need to unite and reduce the authority of the elite to guide each other. The road to becoming a trade union organization is quite long, sometimes just stopping at a ward organization, taking care of social affairs, then fading away, there are also national organizations that have international action because there are problems of workers that are not only the people's rights and democracy of each country but also play a great role in the social life of humanity.
Vietnam Trade Union Culture has its own unique points thanks to comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc building the foundation. It is a social organization of workers, born to make workers "cs up their feelings" with each other; together "scrutinizing" ways to strive for progress, "painting each other unreasonable things".
Starting from the feelings of people in the same situation and then building on them with goal-oriented connectivity to from here change the rational state based on the new awareness of the unprecedented pro- won democratic right of workers in this period.
It is also an organization that not only has a great responsibility to "protect the rights of workers" but also has the duty to "help the nation, help the world" to demonstrate the most basic goal of the trade union organization, which is the civil rights of workers, but is placed along with the common goal of the country and the contribution to the progress of humanity.
The value system of the Red Trade Union built by Comrade Nguyen Ai Quoc in the work "The only way" is a dedication to workers in the colony country, shortening the process of forming a trade union organization from spontaneous to self-awareness, operated by the Vietnam Trade Union over the past 95 years, creating values that are greatest is a revolutionary trade union organization, a part of the Vietnamese revolution, and also benefiting from the fruits of the great revolution when the people are free, the country is independent, unified, peaceful, and has an increasingly high position in the region and the world.
Vietnam Trade Union has made other changes, although workers are still the main members, there are also civil servants and public employees participating in the union. For workers, although the concept is much broader, reflecting the development of society, there is still a very large force, constantly being supplemented and becoming union members, which is non-structional workers. The stature of the Vietnam Trade Union has grown strongly, its position has changed when it became a socio-political organization, under the leadership of the ruling Party, and the law has granted more powers, and the methods of operation also have many new points.
Over 95 years of formation and development, the culture of the Vietnam Trade Union organization has been created. If anything, that is the GREEN Fate culture of the three entities: union members, union officials and employers. That is an important value, a belief built throughout the history of formation and development, and also an inclusive goal that will be realized in the future, becoming an endogenous resource for union members to share and connect, making the Vietnam Trade Union organization proactively and successfully adapt to new conditions.
At the Vietnam Trade Union, members work together, have the same heart, will, and aspiration. This is the result of a combination of two factors: union members and union officials. When placed together, it will create the self-strength, the internal strength of the organization.
In the Vietnam Trade Union, there is also a key relationship between union officials representing union members and employers according to legal regulations, union organization principles, and common goals of the collective of employees and employers. Subjects connect and act together to achieve the greatest goal of improving the quality of life at present, all have the same ambition for social progress for sustainable development.
The GREEN WARRANCE culture of the Trade Union organization is built from three main principles with four core value systems
The long-term companionship of entities is based on three principles.
Principles of solidarity and maintaining motivation for members. For the trade union organization, the principle of solidarity is extremely important, ensuring unity and being the strength of the organization. At the same time, trade unions must always pay attention to the motivations for union members in trade union activities. This material and spiritual motivation comes from the activities of the union, always close to reality and new to union members and comes from the legitimate and legal needs of union members.
Principles of sharing and action. This is the principle of separation for union members. For union members, the affection for colleagues is a neighbor to share daily issues in life with the common goal of the working class and the nation, making union members sympathetic, supportive and connected. Among the factors that directly affect and are key to the results of trade union activities, the social progress ideology of the trade union organization, actioned by the team of trade union cadres and the union union union members, is the most fundamental.

The principle is the same as victory. The accompanying culture of the trade union organization also comes from the relationship with employers. The most important companionship is that on the long road, employers and union members both see the benefits. It is this benefit that is sympathized when difficulties are temporary, sudden and also for the benefit, so union officials are not allowed to sacrifice union members' rights for personal rights.
The GREEN WORK culture of the trade union organization has created four core value systems:
First, HANH PHAC. The most important goal of the union is to bring happiness to members of the organization, including the happiness of union officials. Union officials are also union members, but they are special union members because they are a connection point between union members, but the most important thing is to benefit together when the goal is achieved. The happiness of union officials must be placed in the same way as the happiness of union members. If they lose or escape the goal of being happy together, this connection will crack or the connection will be formal.
The happiness of union members is the result of current union activities, and at the same time, aiming for the future happiness of union members is also the top goal for the union organization to be born, survive and develop. Union officials and union members accompany the Union organization; community employers are responsible to the union organization to achieve the greatest happiness in each period.
That is happiness when being a person; happiness when living in a unified, independent, and free country; happiness as a class with status in society; happiness when no longer eating until the day; happiness when being recognized as an important force for social development; happiness when being cared for, nurtured to create prospects; happiness when the future generations continue to be brighter...
Second, TAN TAM. This is a relationship about the actions of union officials, union members and employers. The action of union officials and union members is to work together with common points and unique points due to the role of each subject. The whole is the same decision, the same implementation; the whole is due to the implementation method. Trade union officials take on the role of organizing, choosing their steps, self-discovery, self-adjustment, and respect for democracy, otherwise they will become lost, unfamiliar, distorted, and eliminated.
Union members must maintain the right to collective leadership, act together with the collective, through the collective exercising the right to inspect, supervise, and evaluate the effectiveness of the work of union officials. The existence of a trade union organization is decided by union members when they still have a need, so each union member must be dedicated to the organization. The actions of union cadres of different generations following each other with all their hearts and before and after are the same with responsibility, with union members, with the union organization, with the Vietnamese people, creating the revolutionary Vietnam Trade Union.
Dedicated to union work, union members have become outstanding qualities of union officials. That dedication is also for life, for the social status of union officials. Employers are dedicated to the trade union organization, to new union members to build sustainable development agencies and units, together with the responsibility to nurture to grow stronger.
The third is TRUNG THANH. The Vietnam Trade Union has created one of the important values of always being loyal to the goal of being closely connected, wholeheartedly striving for the rights of the working class, accompanying the nation, making worthy contributions to the cause of fighting for independence, freedom, national reunification, building and protecting socialism. Loyalty to the Trade Union organization is also the core standard of both trade union officials and union members because the trade union is an organization of workers, by workers and for workers.

Loyalty to the Trade Union organization, to union members is the way of life for union officials, the first requirement of the union members for union officials. On the path of working together in new conditions, as a representative of workers, the collective of workers performs the role of the subject, directly protecting rights, interests, legality, and justice while still being responsible in building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, requiring the highest qualities of union officials to be loyal to the union organization and union members.
This is the biggest difference between Vietnamese trade unions and many trade unions in the world and also requires the responsibility of employers in caring for building strong and lasting Vietnamese trade unions. At the same time, it also requires the attitude of union members to be loyal to the union organization according to a progressive ideology, not a loose, seasonal connection.
Fourth, BEN CHET. This is a close, long-term relationship, due to the requirements of union officials, union members and employers. Each union member is a cell of the unified body, the union organization. The union members are connected through union officials and union activities closely create the vitality of the union organization. Therefore, this connection must be a strong and long-term connection due to the personal needs of each union member.
The relationship between union officials, union members and employers will not change when the common goal still exists. This common goal creates an internal movement of the agency, unit; of the trade union organization, where union members voluntarily stick closely and long-term with the organization, together with union officials working union for the mission of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Vietnam Trade Union Culture has been formed and constantly improved. That culture has become a strength in the period of not yet gaining power so that union officials dare to fight despite facing sacrifice and imprisonment; so that union members can unite into a strong mass force to fight for their lives, their class and for everyone in society. It is also that culture that has made many union members sympathize, continue to overcome difficulties, contribute to the development of agencies, units, and society, and have more expectations in the future.
Each organization is born and developed thanks to its mission. The greatest mission of the trade union organization is to bring a better life and happiness to workers in need, especially disadvantaged workers. This is the core of Vietnam Trade Union culture.
