Port Company - 19th Corps receives First Class Labor Medal

As the main unit of the 19th Corps, the Port Company is responsible for transporting, processing, and consuming coal in parallel with military and defense missions.

Thanks to pioneering the application of autonomous port technology and smart port, the unit has maintained a stable growth rate with annual consumption increasing by 6 to 8%.

From the starting price of more than 150 thousand tons in the first year of establishment, by 2025, the Company has achieved an output of over 3.5 million tons.

Financial indicators also recorded a breakthrough with revenue reaching nearly VND 8,000 billion and profit of over VND 31.5 billion.

In the development orientation in the coming years, the Port Company will focus on investing in expanding and modernizing port infrastructure to improve the capacity to receive, process and consume coal.

The unit has a policy of promoting automation, digital transformation and enhancing ductility, closely linking economic development with national defense tasks, while taking good care of workers' lives.

In addition to production and business tasks, the Company also closely coordinates with local authorities and armed forces in the area, contributing to firmly consolidating the national defense posture in the Northeast region of the Fatherland.

With the results and achievements, the Port Company is honored to receive the First Class Labor Medal from the President and a Certificate of Merit from the Minister of National Defense.
