School union organizes seminar, propagates implementation of administrative discipline

100% of union members participate in studying and thoroughly grasping the regulations of the industry and localities on discipline and administrative discipline. Union members strictly comply with time, style, professional regulations, and practice office culture. The Trade Union coordinates with the Board of Directors to regularly organize inspections, assessments, timely reminders and commendation of advanced models.

In implementing the movement "Good at public work - Good at housework", many female teachers and staff achieved high results in professional competitions, emulation fighters, and the movement of writing innovative experiences.

To achieve the above results, the school's Trade Union has diversified propaganda methods on implementing administrative discipline. In which, the Trade Union proactively reports to the Party Cell Committee and the School Board of Directors in integrating the content of administrative discipline and emulation movements in periodic union activities. Organize seminars and thematic activities on the occasion of March 8 and October 20; share experiences in raising children and building happy families. In particular, applying information technology such as Zalo, internal social networks to spread the example of good people, good deeds, and exemplary female union members.

With such implementation methods, in recent years, the discipline and order of the school has been significantly improved, contributing to building the image of a team of standard, dedicated and professional teachers. Many collectives and individuals were commended and rewarded, typically the school union received a Certificate of Merit from the City Labor Federation, 2 female union members achieved the title of "Good at public work - Good at housework".

To continue to improve the quality of propaganda and education for union members, civil servants and public employees in implementing administrative discipline in conjunction with the movement "Good at public work - Good at housework", the Cau Dien Kindergarten Trade Union has increased the application of information technology in propaganda with many vivid forms such as video clips, Trade Union fanpages, hanging banners, slogans, and online talks; linking propaganda work with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

In addition, it is necessary to enhance the training of professional skills, soft skills, time management skills, and balance between work and family.
