Legal location of the Commune Health Station from January 1, 2026
The legal location of the Commune Health Station from January 1, 2026 is based on Circular 43/2025/TT-BYT).
According to Article 2 of Circular 43/2025/TT-BYT, from January 1, 2026, the legal position of the Commune Health Station is as follows:
- Commune-level health stations are public health service units under the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones under provinces and centrally run cities.
- Commune-level health stations have legal status, have their own headquarters, their own seal, and their own accounts. Commune-level health stations are allowed to open accounts at the State Treasury and banks according to the provisions of law.
- Commune-level health stations are directly directed and managed by the organizational apparatus, human resources, assets and finances of the People's Committees at the commune level; at the same time, they are directed, supported, guided and inspected by the Department of Health and related units according to the provisions of law.
