The latest time to convert a commune-level health station into a public service unit under the commune
The latest time to convert the Commune-level Health Station into a public service unit under the Commune-level People's Committee is according to Circular 43/2025/TT-BYT.
Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular 43/2025/TT-BYT stipulates as follows:
Responsibility for implementation
1. The People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities shall direct and organize the implementation of this Circular to ensure that the conversion of commune-level health stations into public service units under the People's Committees of communes and communes by December 31, 2030 at the latest.
2. The People's Committees at the commune level shall base on the area, population size, nature, characteristics, natural and social conditions, workload, and actual health human resources of each commune-level administrative unit to decide on the functions, tasks, powers, and specific organizational structure of the Commune-level Health Stations under their management.
Thus, according to Circular 43/2025/TT-BYT, the Minister of Health has requested the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to direct and organize the implementation of Circular 43/2025/TT-BYT to ensure that by December 31, 2030 at the latest, the conversion of commune-level health stations into public service units under the People's Committees at the commune level is completed.
