Article 39b, Chapter Va, Decree 184/2026/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2026) amends and supplements a number of articles of Decree No. 59/2019/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Anti-Corruption, which has been amended and supplemented a number of articles in Decree No. 134/2021/ND-CP, stipulates as follows:

The Government Inspectorate shall inspect cases showing signs of corruption in the following cases:
