Point e, Clause 1, Article 6, Decree 335/2026/ND-CP, effective from October 5, 2026, stipulates that children with severe disabilities are entitled to monthly social allowances with a coefficient equal to 2.0 of the standard social assistance level specified in Clause 2, Article 4, Decree 335/2026/ND-CP.
Clause 2, Article 4, Decree 335/2026/ND-CP stipulates: The standard level of social assistance is 540,000 VND/month.
Thus, from October 5, 2026, children with severe disabilities will receive monthly social allowances of 1,080,000 VND (540,000 VND/month x 2).
