According to Point e, Clause 1, Article 6, Decree 335/2026/ND-CP (effective from October 5, 2026), the monthly social allowance level for people with severe disabilities is equal to 1.5 times the standard social assistance level specified in Clause 2, Article 4, Decree 335/2026/ND-CP.
Clause 2, Article 4 of Decree 335/2026/ND-CP stipulates: The standard level of social assistance is 540,000 VND/month.
Thus, from October 5, 2026, people with severe disabilities will receive monthly social allowances equal to 810,000 VND (540,000 VND/month x 1.5).
