Electronic labor contracts and principles of construction, exploitation and use
Decree 337/2025/ND-CP has just issued regulations on electronic labor contracts.
In which, the principle of building, updating, maintaining, exploiting and using the Electronic Labor Contract Platform is based on Article 10.
Article 10. Principles of building, updating, maintaining, exploiting and using the Electronic Labor Contract Platform
1. The electronic labor contract platform is built, managed, and operated centrally; exploited and used consistently from the central to local levels.
2. The electronic labor contract platform is maintained to operate continuously, stably, smoothly to meet the requirements of management of contracts, implementation of electronic labor contracts; exploitation and use requirements of agencies, organizations, and individuals according to legal regulations.
3. Information and data on electronic labor contracts are stored securely and securely, ensuring integrity and compliance with legal regulations on network information security, data and personal data protection.
4. The construction, updating, maintenance, exploitation and use of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform complies with the provisions of relevant laws, in accordance with the National Digital Comprehensive Architecture Framework.

Article 11. Building an Electronic Labor Contract Platform
Building an electronic labor contract platform includes the following activities:
1. The architectural design of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform is in line with the National Digital Comprehensive Architecture Framework.
2. Establish an information system to store, maintain, and exploit electronic labor contract data including technical infrastructure, hardware, software, and applications through new investment or service lease or use of existing information systems or public-private partnerships as prescribed in the law on public investment, public-private partnership investment, state budget, bidding, and relevant laws.
3. Collecting, standardizing, creating and providing services on electronic labor contract data.
4. Other activities as prescribed by law.
