Clause 2, Article 19, Decree 337/2025/ND-CP on Electronic Labor Contracts (effective from January 1, 2026) stipulates that employers are responsible for the following:

a) Implement the signing, amendment, supplementation, suspension and termination of electronic labor contracts as prescribed in this Decree.

b) Army and secure electronic labor contract data, ensuring integrity and traceability when necessary.

c) Coordinate with eContract Supplier and state management agencies in checking, verifying information and resolving arising issues related to electronic labor contracts.

d) Organize guidance, training, and provide means and conditions to support employees in signing and implementing electronic labor contracts; use and access electronic labor contracts on the Electronic Labor Contract Platform.

d) Immediately notify the management agency of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform when detecting signs of security risks, forgery, mis misinformation or illegal access.

e) Comply with legal regulations on protection of state secrets, protection of personal data and operating regulations of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform in the process of exploiting and using electronic labor contract data.
