Article 20, Decree 337/2025/ND-CP on Electronic Labor Contracts (effective from January 1, 2026), stipulates the rights and responsibilities of employees as follows:

1. Workers have the following rights:

a) Register and use an account to access the Electronic Labor Contract Platform to look up, verify and manage their signed electronic labor contract data.

b) Sharing and using their electronic labor contract data from the Electronic Labor Contract Platform to carry out related administrative procedures and electronic transactions according to legal regulations.

2. Workers are responsible for the following:

a) Implement the signing, amendment, supplementation, suspension and termination of electronic labor contracts as prescribed in this Decree.

b) Security of account information and not sharing it with others for illegal use.

c) Fully and accurately update personal information according to instructions when registering for an account on the Electronic Labor Contract Platform.

d) Immediately notify the management agency of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform when detecting signs of security risks, forgery, mis misinformation or illegal access.

d) Comply with legal regulations on protection of state secrets, protection of personal data and operating regulations of the Electronic Labor Contract Platform in the process of exploiting and using electronic labor contract data.

Thus, from January 1, 2026, employees have the above rights and responsibilities with electronic labor contracts.
