Article 14. Methods of exploiting the National Database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees

Agencies, organizations, units, and individuals exploit the National Database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees by the following methods:

1. Connecting databases and related information systems of agencies, organizations, and units with the National Database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees through intermediate systems in connection to serve data sharing in accordance with the law for data exploitation and use.

2. Look up and use services to provide information and data compiled, analyzed and provided on the National Database through accounts granted to agencies, organizations, and individuals.

3. Through the National General Database according to regulations on exploitation and use of the National General Database.

4. Send a written request to provide information about the managing agency of the national database. Based on the content, scope, and purpose of using the requested information, the managing agency of the National Database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees provides information according to regulations. The provision of information ensures compliance with the law on personal data protection and protection of state secret information.
