The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:
Article 12, Decree 27/2026/ND-CP on the National Database on Cadres, Civil Servants and Public Employees (effective from July 1, 2026) stipulates the management of the National Database on Cadres, Civil Servants and Public Employees as follows:
1. The Government owns and unifies the management of the National Database on cadres, civil servants and public employees.
2. The Ministry of Home Affairs is the managing agency of the National Database on cadres, civil servants and public employees; presides over the development, management of the operation, exploitation and use of the National Database on cadres, civil servants and public employees.
3. Data in the National Database on cadres, civil servants and public employees is regularly inspected, monitored and evaluated to ensure the exploitation, maintenance and use of quality and effective data.
Thus, from July 1, 2026, the Management of the National Database of Cadres, Civil Servants and Public Employees will be implemented as above.
