Notice on the selection of organizations and individuals to perform the tasks of science and technology at the General Confederation level starting from 2024
Implementing the Law on Science and Technology No. 29/2013/QH13 dated June 18, 2013 of the National Assembly; Circular No. 08/2017/TT-BKHCN dated June 26, 2017 of the Ministry of Science and Technology regulating the selection and direct assignment of organizations and individuals to perform national science and technology tasks using the state budget; Circular No. 33/TT-BKHCN dated November 6, 2014 promulgating regulations on management of science and technology tasks at the Ministry level of Science and Technology.
Implementing Decision No. 7357/QD-TLD dated June 22, 2023 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on approving the List of science and technology tasks at the General Confederation level proposed to place orders for selection to start implementation from 2024, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor announced as follows:
1. Method: The method of selecting organizations and individuals to perform tasks is implemented according to the instructions in Circular No. 33/2014/TT-BKHCN dated November 6, 2014 of the Ministry of Science and Technology on promulgating the Regulations on management of scientific and technological tasks at the ministerial level of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
2. Application documents for selection: prepared according to the unified form prescribed in Article 5 of Circular 08/2017/TT-BKHCN dated June 26, 2017 of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The application dossier must be stamped, with the name of the science and technology task clearly stated on the outside; the name and address of the organization or individual registered to perform the science and technology task; and a list of documents and papers in the dossier.
The number of documents includes 01 original file (with stamp and direct signature); 8 copies and 01 electronic copy of the file recorded on the digital disc ( PDF format, no password).
A valid dossier is a dossier with sufficient documents and quantity as required above, submitted within the time limit prescribed by the selection notice.
3. deadline for submitting documents: no later than 9:00 a.m. on July 24/2023. Documents submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
