Tuyen Quang launches campaign to plant more than 1,500 green trees at the beginning of spring
Tuyen Quang - On February 23, in Tan Trao commune, Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee organized the launching ceremony of "Tet tree planting, forever remembering Uncle Ho".
Speaking at the launching ceremony, leaders of Tuyen Quang province affirmed that Tet tree planting has become a traditional beauty every early spring, contributing to raising awareness of environmental protection, forest development and response to climate change.
This activity also shows the province's determination in implementing the goal of increasing forest cover, developing forestry economy associated with protecting the ecosystem.
After the launching ceremony, in the "Uncle Ho's Gratitude Garden" area of Tan Lap village, delegates and a large number of people launched a tree planting campaign.
