Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac meets voters in Lam Dong
Lam Dong - Voters proposed many issues related to life and social security at the meeting with voters after the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
On the afternoon of December 15, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission and National Assembly delegates of Lam Dong province, XV, held a meeting with voters after the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
The conference was held directly and connected online to 34 communal, ward and special zone bridges in the province.
At the conference, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged and highly appreciated, and at the same time explained and analyzed to clarify voters' contributions on 24 issues in 9 groups of fields.
According to voter Nguyen Manh Hung (Ham Thang ward), in 2025, our country will be heavily affected by storms and post-storm rain, forcing many hydropower and irrigation works to release water to ensure the safety of dams, causing flooding in downstream areas, affecting infrastructure, people's lives and production, including Lam Dong province.
Although the water discharge is carried out in accordance with procedures and regulations, voters believe that it is necessary to review and study to adjust the operating process to make it more suitable.
Voters recommend that the Central Government study and promulgate regulations on investment in upstream rain warning devices, as a basis for forecasting and deciding on the time, flow, and time of discharge of water appropriately.
At the same time, a stabilization fund was established to support projects that have to release water early to avoid flooding, leading to water shortages for electricity and production.
Many opinions suggested that there should be a policy to support farmers affected by floods to restore production; pay attention to investing and developing tourism in Phu Quy Special Zone...
The National Assembly Delegation of Lam Dong Province, XV, and relevant agencies directly responded to voters on issues under their authority.
At the same time, it noted and compiled the opinions and recommendations of voters to the National Assembly as well as relevant authorities for consideration and resolution.
