Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac meets voters in Lam Dong

This is a meeting with voters after the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. Also meeting voters this time were National Assembly deputies of Lam Dong province; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, departments and branches of Lam Dong province and leaders of the Party and government of Cam Ly - Da Lat ward.

At the meeting, voters expressed their confidence that the leadership of the Party, State and the management of the Government in the process of national renewal have created a strong step forward in socio-economic development; political stability and ensured national defense and security.

Voters in Cam Ly - Da Lat ward also expressed many enthusiastic opinions, reflecting on the social life in the locality when operating the local government at two levels.

Notably, in the field of land management, land fund planning for resettlement when the state reclaims land to implement economic development and social security projects. The application of land prices when implementing compensation and resettlement arrangements when implementing projects has a large difference, causing disadvantages for people.

Voters also mentioned the work of ensuring environmental sanitation, expanding and clearing the flow to overcome flooding and landslides that have occurred, affecting people's lives; the work of training, fostering, evaluating and classifying commune-level cadres and civil servants after the commune-level arrangement.

In addition, voters reflected that the current number of cadres and civil servants in the local government sector is still lacking compared to the assigned staffing quota. However, in reality, there is both a shortage and an excess due to inappropriate training expertise.

Along with that, the recruitment of additional professional civil servants in some fields of land and construction will face difficulties due to lack of resources and pressure from work requirements.

Through this, voters recommended that the Central Government have a policy to attract cadres and civil servants to work at the government sector at the commune level; promptly implement the process of adding specialized departments to the People's Committees at the commune level according to the Central Government's policy.

At the conference, representatives of departments, branches, People's Committees of Lam Dong province and Cam Ly - Da Lat ward received, discussed, and explained many opinions and recommendations from voters.

On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, Politburo member and Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac fully accepted and acknowledged to continue to recommend the National Assembly and the Government to consider and resolve in the coming time.
