General Secretary To Lam and his wife will pay an official visit to Bulgaria

General Secretary To Lam and his wife, along with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, will pay an official visit to Bulgaria from October 22-24, 2025.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the invitation of President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and his wife, along with the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, will pay an official visit to Bulgaria.

The official visit to Bulgaria by the General Secretary and his wife will take place from October 22-24, 2025.
