General Secretary To Lam received Chairman of the National Assembly Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin on the morning of September 29.

On the morning of September 29, General Secretary To Lam and Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man received Chairman of the National Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin, who is on an official visit to Vietnam from September 28-29, 2025.
