General Secretary To Lam attends the 11th Emulation Congress of the Determination to win the Whole Army

This afternoon (September 24), the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense held the 11th Emulation Congress for the Total Victory of the Army.

General Secretary To Lam - Secretary of the Central Military Commission attended and gave a speech at the Congress. Also attending the Congress were General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense.

With the theme "Promoting the heroic tradition and noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, the entire army competes to build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern army, firmly defending the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam, together with the country in the era of strong, prosperous, civilized development, happiness", the Congress has the participation of more than 700 delegates.

The Congress aims to evaluate the results of emulation work, rewards and the Emulation and Victory Movement in the period of 2020-2025, determine the direction and tasks for the period of 2025-2030; reward and honor collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of the entire army in the past 5 years.
