General Secretary To Lam receives the 45-year Party Badge
The ceremony to award the 45-year Party Badge to General Secretary To Lam was solemnly held at the Party Central Committee Headquarters this morning (February 3).
Commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), on the morning of February 3, 2026, the ceremony to award the 45-year Party Badge to Comrade To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, was solemnly held at the Party Central Committee Headquarters.

Attending the ceremony were former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh. Also attending the ceremony were President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Politburo member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Politburo member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; former Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu awarded the Party Badge to General Secretary To Lam.
Former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh and key leaders, former key leaders of the Party and State presented flowers to congratulate General Secretary To Lam.
