General Secretary To Lam affirmed that the election is an opportunity for the people to choose typical delegates to shoulder the responsibility of developing the country.
On the morning of March 15, together with voters nationwide, Party and State leaders exercised their right to vote, participating in voting to elect National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
General Secretary To Lam attended the opening and participated in the election at the Phan Dinh Phung High School polling station, polling area No. 2, Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi.
Also participating at this polling station were Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Politburo Members, Secretary of the Party Central Committee: Head of the Central Organization Committee Le Minh Hung, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Pham Gia Tuc; Politburo Member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc.

This election takes place after our country just successfully held the 14th National Congress of the Party.
