The General Secretary attends the first Congress of Party Committee Delegations of Central Party Agencies

On the morning of September 24, in Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam attended the first Congress of Party Committee delegates of Central Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term. Also attending was former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh.

The first Congress of Party Committee delegates of Central Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term took place from September 23-24 at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (Hanoi). The Congress was attended by 293 official delegates, representing more than 8,700 Party members of the Central Party Agencies.

The Congress has the theme "Continuing to strongly innovate thinking and action, raising the level of strategic consulting work; building a clean and strong Party Committee; excellently completing the set goals and tasks" with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Exemplary - Breakthrough - Development".

The new highlight of the congress is the application of digital technology such as facial recognition (Face ID), paperless meeting rooms, electronic documents on tablets and QR codes, contributing to saving time, money and improving the effectiveness of the organization.

At the first session on the afternoon of September 23, the Congress voted to approve the list of the Presidium consisting of 15 comrades, the Secretariat consisting of two comrades, the Delegation Committee for the status of delegates consisting of 11 comrades; approved the program, rules and working regulations of the Congress.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Truong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Party Agencies - on behalf of the Presidium presented a Report summarizing comments on the Draft Documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
