Honoring outstanding individuals and groups in the patriotic emulation movement

On December 23, according to the Organizing Committee of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, with the theme: "Emulation for innovation, creativity, accelerating breakthroughs to bring the country into an era of strong, civilized and prosperous development", the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress will take place over 2 days, December 26 and 27, 2025, in Hanoi.

The Congress was attended by leaders and former leaders of the Party, State, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; leaders of the Central Emulation and Reward Council through the ages; delegates representing Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; representatives of the collective and individuals of the "Heroes of the People's Armed Forces", "Heroes of Labor" through the ages; advanced models representing the fields of economy, society, security, national defense, industry, etc.

The total number of delegates attending the Congress is 2,223, including 198 invited delegates and 2,025 official delegates; organized into 105 Delegations.

Among these, there are 1,326 typical and outstanding advanced delegates in patriotic emulation movements, mainly production workers in the fields of economy, culture - society, national defense - security of ministries, departments, branches, central organizations, provinces and cities (accounting for 65.5%).

The official delegates include individual heroes, representatives of collectives of Heroes, National Emulation Fighters and advanced models who have been awarded and honored since the 10th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

The oldest delegate is Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh, 98 years old, Hero of Labor, former Vice President. 5 youngest delegates, 11 years old.

The Congress is tasked with summarizing emulation movements and reward work for the period 2021-2025; honoring and commending outstanding individuals and groups in patriotic emulation movements and setting out directions and tasks to continue innovating emulation and reward work in the next 5 years.

Thereby creating momentum and motivation to contribute to the successful implementation of the task of socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security for the 2026-2030 period in the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party, bringing our country into a new era - the era of national development, prosperity and prosperity.

The emulation movement is increasingly practical and effective, with many innovations and creativity, gradually overcoming the formal nature.
