The 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress will take place over 2 days
The Central Emulation and Reward Committee said that the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress will take place over 2 days (December 26 and 27, 2025).
The Central Emulation and Reward Committee (Ministry of Home Affairs) has just issued Official Letter No. 303 informing a number of contents, regulations and instructions for preparing for the 11th Patriotic Emulation Congress to the Departments of Home Affairs of provinces and centrally run cities; departments and units in charge of emulation and reward work of ministries, departments, branches and central organizations.
Pursuant to Decision No. 57/QD-HDTDKT dated May 16, 2025 of the Central Emulation and Reward Council approving the Project to organize the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress; Notice No. 668/TB-VPCP dated December 4, 2025 of the Government Office announces the conclusion of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the 15th session of the Central Emulation and Reward Council; The 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress will take place over 2 days (December 26 and 27, 2025).
In order to ensure the preparation of the organization is carefully according to the plan, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee has requested the Department of Home Affairs of provinces and centrally run cities, departments and units in charge of emulation and reward work of ministries, departments, branches and central organizations to carry out a number of contents.
Regarding the invitation of the delegates, the Organizing Committee of the Congress sent invitations including: Invitation to the delegates to attend the Congress, invitation to attend parties and attend art programs.
The number of invitations is equal to the number of delegates attending the congress plus a reserve invitation (depending on the number of delegations).
Units proactively write and send Invitations to delegates attending the Congress, requesting to ensure solemnity, clarity, accuracy, correct names, components, positions, and working units according to the Decision of the Congress Organizing Committee on the establishment of the Delegation to attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
