Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh pays tribute to heroic martyrs in Quang Tri

On July 26, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh offered incense at red addresses in Quang Tri, paying tribute to heroic martyrs and revolutionary predecessors.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27,47 - July 27, 2025), on July 26, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Central working delegation offered incense at red addresses in Quang Tri province.

At Quang Tri ancient citadel, the resting place of martyrs in the hot summer of 1972, the Prime Minister respectfully offered incense and commemorated the heroes who sacrificed for the independence and reunification of the country.

The gratitude trip continues at the National Martyrs' Cemetery, Road 9, the resting place of martyrs who fought and sacrificed for the Fatherland.

The Prime Minister and the delegation placed wreaths and burned incense on the graves of heroic martyrs, demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" and "Retitude of gratitude" of the Party and State towards previous generations.

Also during the working trip, the delegation visited the Memorial Site of General Secretary Le Duan in Trieu Phong commune.

Here, the Prime Minister offered flowers and incense in memory of the late General Secretary Le Duan, expressing his deep gratitude for the great contributions of the General Secretary to the Party and the nation.

According to the schedule, on the same evening, the Prime Minister will attend the Candle burning ceremony to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs at the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery.
