HCMC - On the morning of August 14, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and directed the Dialogue Forum with businesses on fire prevention, search and rescue, security, safety and digital transformation.
On the morning of August 14, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the Dialogue Forum with businesses on fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue (PCCC, CNCH), security, safety and digital transformation to serve the country's socio-economic development. This is an activity within the framework of the International Exhibition on Fire Prevention, Rescue and Security and Security Protection Equipment and Means in 2025 organized by the Ministry of Public Security, practically celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).
Also attending were leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Public Security, representatives of ministries, departments, branches, People's Committees of provinces and cities; domestic and international business associations, specialized organizations on fire prevention, search and rescue, security and safety.
The forum focuses on dialogue, sharing, proposing solutions on fire prevention, search and rescue, security, safety and promoting digital transformation, applying advanced and modern technology to fire prevention, search and rescue, security and safety to effectively serve the country's development in the new era of the nation; representatives of ministries and branches will directly discuss and answer questions from organizations and individuals related to the functions and tasks of agencies and units.
Within the framework of the exhibition, there was also an international seminar on "Digital transformation and application of new technology in the field of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue" with the participation of international organizations, functional units under the Ministry of Public Security, the Vietnam Fire Prevention and Fighting and Search and Rescue Association, domestic and foreign enterprises. Vietnamese enterprises will introduce solutions and products for fire prevention and fighting, search and rescue using digital technology in design, control, fire prevention and fighting, rescue and relief vehicles. In addition, there were discussions on new technologies in ensuring security, safety and civil defense.
In addition to professional activities, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force organizes many experience programs, instructing on escape skills, first aid, handling fire and explosion incidents, rescue, and incident response on vehicles for people, especially students, officers and employees.
This year's international exhibition attracted more than 480 brands and units from 17 countries and territories, displaying 4 product groups: technology, technology, fire prevention and fighting and rescue equipment; technology, products in the fields of security, safety, smart buildings and houses, smart parking lots; applications for industrial parks, factories, high-end buildings; management solutions for smart buildings, cities, commercial centers, retail, and transportation.
