On January 21, the 14th National Congress of the Party (14th National Party Congress) continued to work all day in the hall to discuss the Congress Documents.

In the morning, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong, on behalf of the Presidium, chaired the meeting.

In the morning session, there were 15 delegates from delegations and agencies expressing their opinions: Central Military Commission; Government Party Committee; Central Public Security Party Committee; Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations; Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Central Policy and Strategy Committee; Hanoi City Party Committee; National Assembly Party Committee; Central Organization Committee; Ministry of Construction Party Committee; Party Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology; Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Party Committee of My Hao Ward (Hung Yen Province); Central Inspection Committee.

In the afternoon, Politburo member, Standing member of the Central Party Secretariat Tran Cam Tu represented the Presidium to chair the meeting.

In the afternoon session, there were 15 delegates from delegations and agencies expressing their opinions: Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee; Co To Special Zone Party Committee (Quang Ninh Province); Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; Party Committee of Tan Khanh Trung Commune (Dong Thap Province); Central Internal Affairs Committee; Party Committee of Saigon Ward (Ho Chi Minh City); Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance; Son La Provincial Party Committee; Party Committee of Phu Quoc Special Zone (An Giang Province); Party Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; Can Tho City Party Committee; Party Committees of Central Party agencies; Hue City Party Committee.

The content of the presentations focused on the key contents of the Document and important issues of concern to the People, cadres and party members. The discussion atmosphere was lively, frank, and democratic.

The Congress Presidium respectfully acknowledged and highly appreciated the content of the presentations and the enthusiastic and intellectual opinions expressed by the Congress delegates; at the same time, directed the Document Subcommittee to review and absorb reasonable opinions to complete the draft Document to submit to the Congress for decision.

For specific and specific recommendations, the Presidium will synthesize, absorb and transfer to the 14th Party Central Committee for consideration and concretization in thematic Resolutions, Action Programs to implement the Resolution and complete the content of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
