On the afternoon of January 17, in Hanoi, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh - Head of the Government Steering Committee on reviewing and organizing the implementation of handling problems in the legal system chaired the 7th meeting of the Steering Committee.

According to the Prime Minister, implementing Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW of the Politburo, in 2025, we have basically completed the removal of "bottlenecks" due to legal regulations, reaching 98.3%.

In particular, focusing mainly on areas such as: Handling problems and shortcomings in legal documents, promptly and effectively institutionalizing the Party's resolutions, especially Resolutions No. 57-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW... of the Politburo.

The Prime Minister requested that at the meeting, members of the Steering Committee focus on discussing and giving opinions on objective and comprehensive assessments of the results, roadmaps, and handling plans for the contents, reflections, and recommendations that have been pointed out during the term but have not been handled; have been compiled in the report of the Ministry of Justice on the results of handling and removing difficulties, obstacles, and "bottlenecks" due to legal regulations from 2020 to present, especially in 2025.
