Accordingly, implementing the Decisions of the Ministry of National Defense, Colonel Trinh Kim Kham - Commander of the Border Guard of Soc Trang province - is allowed to retire, retire in preparation for retirement according to regulations and cease to hold the position of Commander of the Border Guard of Soc Trang province.
Temporarily appointing Colonel Pham Le Xuan Binh - Director, Postgraduate Training System 1, Border Guard Academy - to hold the position of Commander of the Border Guard of Soc Trang province.

Colonel Nguyen Ba Duyet (born in 1976, from Thai Binh province) has worked for a long time at units under the Quang Tri Border Guard Command.
Before being appointed as Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Border Guard Command of Quang Tri province, Colonel Nguyen Ba Duyet was the Head of the La Lay International Border Guard Station (Quang Tri province).
Also on April 10, the Party Committee and the Hue City Border Guard Command also held a conference to hand over the position of Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the City Border Guard Command.
Accordingly, Colonel Pham Tung Lam - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard Command - was transferred to the position of Political Commissar of the Son La Provincial Border Guard Command; Colonel Ca Van Lap - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Son La Provincial Border Guard Command - was transferred to the position of Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard Command.
At the conference, Colonel Pham Tung Lam also signed a minutes of handover of the position of Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard Command to Colonel Ca Van Lap; Temporarily handing over the position of Party Secretary to Colonel Hoang Minh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Hue City Border Guard Command.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Commander of Military Region 1 - congratulated Colonel Nguyen Cong Khue and Colonel Hua Chien Thang on being trusted by the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Military Region 1 Command for their new assignments.
At the same time, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai requested Colonel Hua Chien Thang and the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Command of Division 3 to quickly grasp the tasks for 2025; lead and direct the unit to organize well the political and ideological education work, strictly manage the number of troops, promote mass mobilization work, and effectively implement the policy of gratitude and support for the army.
