The army mobilizes and appoints 483 officers in Military Region 4

Military Region 4 has just organized the announcement and presentation of the Military Region's decision on the transfer and appointment of Commanders of Commune-level Military Commands in the four provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri and Hue city.

Information from the Government's Electronic Information Portal on January 18 said that, implementing the policy of assigning regular military officers to the position of Commander of the Military Command at the commune, ward, and special zone levels, authorized by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Military Region Command, a number of agencies and units in Military Region 4 have just announced and presented the Military Region's decision on the transfer and appointment of Commanders of the Military Commands of communes, wards, and special zones in the four provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri and Hue City.

This is a team of officers with basic training, strong political will, professional qualifications, practical experience, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

During this occasion, a total of 483 military officers were mobilized and appointed by Military Region 4 to hold the position of Commander of the Military Command of communes, wards and special zones.

Reorganizing and bringing regular military officers to the commune is a major policy, an event of extremely important political and military significance, clearly demonstrating the determination of the Party, State, Central Military Commission and Ministry of National Defense in building a truly strong, unified, effective and efficient local military organization, in line with the model of organizing local government at two levels.
