Phu Tho transfers more than 140,000 m2 of forest land to implement 2 projects

On November 3, according to a source from Lao Dong Newspaper, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province has just issued 2 decisions allowing the conversion of forest use purposes in Lien Son and Lac Thuy communes to implement a resort project and a wood processing and biological tablets factory.

According to Decision No. 1522, Phu Tho province approved the change of purpose of use of 9,200 m2 of planted forest in Lien Son commune to implement the Eco Villas Cao Son Resort project invested by Cao Son Tourism Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

This area belongs to lots 138 and 166, compartment 8, sub-compartment 90 and has been adjusted outside the planning of 3 types of forests.

In Decision No. 1523, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province allowed the change of purpose of use of 132,000 m2 of planted forest in Lac Thuy commune to build a wood processing and biological tablets factory invested by Nhon Tan Park warehouse Investment and Development One Member Co., Ltd.

The area of land used for conversion belongs to 26 lots in compartment 4, sub-compartment 237.
