On September 23, the Government Office announced that it had just issued Official Letter No. 9004/VPCP-CN conveying the opinion of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha on assigning the competent authority to implement Component 1 of the bridge construction investment project from DT.433, Duc Nhan commune, Phu Tho province connecting to DT.114, Muong Bang commune, Son La province.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha agreed to assign Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee as the managing agency to implement the Component 1 project of the bridge construction investment project from DT.433 in Duc Nhan commune, Phu Tho province connecting to DT.114 in Muong Bang commune, Son La province.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the People's Committee of Phu Tho province to take full responsibility for the accuracy of the above project's component data; direct relevant agencies to implement procedures to establish an independent public investment project to implement component project 1 according to regulations.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province coordinated with the People's Committee of Son La province to synchronously implement the project to ensure progress, promote investment efficiency, avoid waste and negativity.
