Deputy Director of Department C03 becomes Director of Lang Son Provincial Police

On the morning of November 21, at the headquarters of Lang Son Provincial Police, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Ministry of Public Security's leadership announced the Decision to transfer and appoint Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thanh Tung - Deputy Director of the Department of Investigation Police on Corruption, Economic Crimes, and Smuggling (C03 - Ministry of Public Security) to hold the position of Director of Lang Son Provincial Police.

Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thanh Tung has a long career in the People's Public Security force and has held many important command positions at C03.

He is highly appreciated for his professional qualities, ability to investigate complex cases in the economic field and has made many contributions to ensuring security and order in recent times.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thanh Tung expressed his appreciation for the trust of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security. He affirmed that he will always maintain the qualities of a People's Public Security soldier, constantly cultivate political courage, professional knowledge, and quickly grasp the work in the locality.

The new Director of Lang Son Provincial Police emphasized his determination to work with the Provincial Police Department to closely follow the direction of the Central and the province, effectively implement key tasks; build a clean, strong, disciplined, elite, modern local police force to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
