Previously, he worked as a maintenance staff for many businesses related to wood production and processing. The CNC cutting machine controller model was researched and created by Mr. Long in 2020.

I am very proud that the creative results in the labor process have been applied in practice since 2020, and are still running stably. Attending the exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise Up" is the biggest reward for me," said Mr. Long.

Mr. Nguyen Van Trung (Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital) brought to the exhibition a model of a pressure-resistant clean room. According to Mr. Trung, his and his colleagues' creations have been clinically applied, bringing good results. With a cost of only 1/10 compared to the investment of conventional pressure difference rooms, the initiative opens up great opportunities for many units with a need to use.

Mr. Trung shared that the group's creative process encountered many difficulties because it was right during the COVID-19 season. "We have received enthusiastic support from the grassroots union. In addition to supporting materials, the grassroots union also guides us to participate in the province's creative contest and win the First Prize," said Mr. Trung.

Not being able to hide his pride when the product appeared at the Exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to Rise Up", Mr. Trung said that this is a great motivation for workers to continue to be creative and contribute more to their work. At the same time, the timely companionship, support and recognition of the trade union organization also helps workers have strong confidence in the organization they are attached to.
