The first day of operation according to the new model of Can Tho Police
Can Tho - January 3 marked an important transformation of Can Tho City Police when it officially operated under a new organizational model.
On the first day (March 3), Major General Nguyen Van Thuan - Director of Can Tho City Police - directly inspected the actual operations of many units and locations, to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the new model, especially in serving the people.
At the Can Tho City Public Administration Service Center, Major General Nguyen Van Thuan carefully inspected the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures related to testing, issuing driving licenses and issuing criminal records. The professionalism and dedication of the officers and soldiers have received many positive responses from the people.
The Director of the City Police Department requested officers and soldiers to strictly follow the process of receiving and processing documents, absolutely not to let delays or cause inconvenience to people.

At the Department of Transport of Can Tho City, Major General Nguyen Van Thuan inspected the server system to receive data in the field of testing and issuing driving licenses. He emphasized the importance of ensuring data safety and security, requiring the responsible unit to regularly inspect and maintain the system to operate stably.
At Can Tho International Airport, Major General Nguyen Van Thuan inspected the reception and transfer of state management functions on aviation security. He requested the Immigration Department to coordinate with relevant agencies to arrange staff, raise vigilance, tighten inspection and control procedures, ensure safety for passengers and flight operations.


In Binh Thuy ward, Binh Thuy district, Major General Nguyen Van Thuan visited and encouraged the teams receiving administrative procedure documents.
He directly observed the process of receiving and processing documents and highly appreciated the working spirit of the ward police force. He listened to people's feedback, thereby directing relevant units to review and improve the process to create maximum convenience for people.

At the inspection points, Major General Nguyen Van Thuan emphasized that the implementation of the new organizational model requires a high sense of responsibility of each officer and soldier. He requested units to tighten discipline and administrative discipline, ensure the process of receiving and processing documents in a public and transparent manner, shorten processing time but still comply with legal regulations.
