Hai Phong announces decisions on appointment and transfer of commune-level cadres

Vinh Hoa Commune announced and presented the decisions of the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee on appointing Mr. Pham Van Cuong - Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center to the position of Director of the Public Administration Service Center of the commune; transferring and appointing comrade Vu Van Nin - Deputy Head of the Economic Department to the position of Director of the Commune Public Service Center. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from January 1, 2026.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Thanh Trung, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, emphasized the role and responsibility of heads of units in improving the quality of public service, reforming administration, and promoting the effectiveness of public service units. The Chairman of the Commune People's Committee suggested that in their new positions, the officials appointed today continue to promote a sense of responsibility, proactively innovate management methods, strengthen discipline and administrative discipline; build a united collective, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

On the same afternoon, the Party Committee - People's Committee of Kien Hung commune organized the announcement of the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune on the organization of the apparatus and personnel work.

In which, Ms. Vu Kim Trung, Deputy Chief of the Party Committee Office, was transferred and appointed to work at the Party Committee's Party Committee Construction Committee and hold the position of Deputy Head of the Committee; Mr. Vu Duy Cuong, Specialist of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to work at the Party Committee Office and hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Commune Party Committee Office.

The People's Committee of the commune announced the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Duc To, Acting Director of the Public Administration Service Center, to the position of Director of the Kien Hung Commune Public Administration Service Center; to accept and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Director of the Kien Hung Commune Public Career Service Center to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Culture - Social Affairs; to transfer and appoint Mr. Vu Duy Duan, Deputy Head of the Commune Cultural - Social Affairs Department to work at the Kien Hung Commune Public Career Service Center and to hold the position of Director. Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, an official of the Public Service Center of the commune, was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Public Service Center of the commune.

The Chairman of the Commune People's Committee also signed and issued Decision No. 2648 on the establishment of Kien Hung Commune Health Station under the People's Committee of Kien Hung Commune, temporarily assigning the responsibility of operating Kien Hung Commune Health Station to Mr. Vu Dinh Truong - an official of the Commune Health Station. The decisions take effect from January 1, 2026.

Also on December 29, the People's Committee of An Hung commune announced decisions on personnel work. According to the decision, Ms. Ngo Thi Hai Ninh - Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee ceased to concurrently hold the position of Director of the Commune Public Administration Service Center. At the same time, appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center, to hold the position of Director of the Public Administration Service Center.

Mr. Pham Van Tuan - Deputy Director of the Public Service Center was appointed to the position of Director of the Public Service Center of An Hung Commune; Ms. Dam Thi Thu - Deputy Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the People's Council of the Commune to the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of An Hung Commune.
