KHÁNH AN (báo lao động) 31/12/2025 10:50 (GMT+7)

Hanoi - The factory project built on an area of 173.1m2 of agricultural land in Tam Hung commune will be forced to be completely demolished.

The People's Committee of Tam Hung commune has just announced the organization of enforcement to implement remedial measures against Mr. Ta Thanh Quang (Giua hamlet, Quang Minh village).

The People's Committee of Tam Hung commune requested Mr. Ta Thanh Quang and his family to voluntarily comply with the decision to enforce the law, voluntarily dismantle the illegal construction, and move assets out of the enforcement area.

Accordingly, all factory works built on an area of 173.1m2 of agricultural land were forced to be demolished and all raw materials were moved out of the violating area, restoring the original state of the land before the violation.

At the time of enforcement, if Mr. Ta Thanh Quang and his family do not voluntarily comply with the enforcement decision and do not move their assets out of the enforcement area, the People's Committee of Tam Hung commune will carry out the enforcement in accordance with regulations.

All expenses for enforcement, asset relocation and asset preservation must be paid by the person subject to enforcement in accordance with the provisions of law.

The enforcement period starts from 8:00 a.m. on December 31, 2025 until the enforcement is completed as planned.
