Ninh Binh streets are brilliant with flags and flowers to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress

From rural to urban areas of Ninh Binh province, it seems to have taken on a new look with the splendid flags and flowers, the slogan to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress. The excitement atmosphere spread widely, expressing the confidence and expectations of cadres, party members and people of Ninh Binh province for the country's important political event.

On the main streets and the cultural houses of villages and hamlets of Ninh Binh province, flags, billboards and banners welcoming the Party Congress are solemnly and synchronously decorated. In residential areas, people have also proactively hung national flags, renovated their houses, and cleaned up village roads and alleys.

Mr. Nguyen Van Chuong, residing in Bac Thanh residential group, Hoa Lu ward, shared that to contribute to the celebration of the 14th National Party Congress, many days ago, his family and households in the city have proactively cleaned up the roads, alleys and hung flags to create a vibrant atmosphere.

At offices, schools... are also decorated with brilliant flags and flowers along with billboards with concise propaganda content, summaries, harmonious layouts and arranged hanging in easy-to-see locations, contributing to creating an exciting atmosphere, spreading widely the meaning of the country's important political event.
