The draft documents of the 14th Congress have attracted nearly 14 million opinions, demonstrating the highest concern, responsibility and consensus between the Party and the people.
The 14th National Congress of the Party (14th National Congress), an important political event of our Party, State and people, is approaching.
Our people are looking forward to the 14th National Party Congress with strategic decisions to help Vietnam take a steady step forward in the new era, successfully implement the country's development goals until 2030 when the Party celebrates its 100th anniversary (1930-2030); realize the development vision to 2045, commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (1945-2045).
Under the direct, comprehensive and drastic direction of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, headed by General Secretary To Lam, preparations for the 14th Congress have been conducted with a spirit of innovation, proactiveness and high responsibility.
The preparation of the Document has carried out an important reform step, integrating 3 reports: Political Report, Socio-Economic Report and Party building summary report into a unified and synchronous Political Report.
At the press conference of the 14th National Party Congress, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Trinh Van Quyet, the draft documents not only summarized the journey in the past 5 years, but also identified the goals and tasks for the coming term, clearly demonstrating strategic thinking, long-term vision and orientation for the country's development to the middle of the 21st century.
Notably, for the first time in each Congress, the Political Report was developed with a specific Action Program, clearly defining the goals, tasks, roadmaps, resources and responsibilities of each agency and unit, ensuring that the Congress Resolution can be implemented immediately after it is passed.
In particular, the consultation of cadres, party members and people of all walks of life on the draft documents of the 14th Congress has become an extensive political activity in the whole society.
In a short time, nearly 14 million opinions were participated, demonstrating the highest concern, responsibility and consensus between the Party and the people.
The comments were taken seriously, selectively, and the draft documents were completed, contributing to improving the quality, practicality, and persuasion of the documents submitted to the Congress.
