The meteorological agency forecasts that the temperature trend in February nationwide is generally at a level close to the multi-year average of the same period, especially in the Northern region, it is 0.5 - 1 degree Celsius higher than the multi-year average, with some places higher than 1.5 degrees Celsius.

Cold air in February is likely to be weaker than the multi-year average. In February, there are forecast to be a total of about 2-3 cold spells. Thus, after the cold air spell on January 31st - February 2nd, in the remaining days of February there will be about 2 cold spells. The next cold air spells are not strong, with little chance of causing widespread severe cold and harmful cold in the North. The possibility is only short-term severe cold - harmful cold, concentrated in the midlands and mountainous areas.
