Border residents send warm wishes to the Party Congress
Lao Cai - Ethnic minorities in the border area have expressed their full confidence in the Party Congress and expectations for decisions of strategic significance, developing the country.
As a mountainous province, bordering 33 ethnic groups, Lao Cai possesses great potential but also faces many specific difficulties.
In the land of the Fatherland, the people's trust is not only expressed by flags and slogans, but also by specific daily actions: Taking care of production labor, preserving cultural identity, united to help each other develop the economy, actively participating in border security protection.
Every people in the border area are clearly aware that today's peaceful life is closely linked to the stability of the border and the correct leadership of the Party.


Looking forward to the 14th National Congress of the Party, ethnic minorities in the Lao Cai border area have expressed their high expectations for decisions of strategic and practical scale, continuing to prioritize infrastructure development, improving the quality of education and healthcare, creating sustainable livelihoods for the people...
These days, all the roads where the Fatherland's flags are felled with red flags. Towards an important event of the country, Trinh Tuong commune, Lao Cai province has launched many practical emulation movements, focusing on completing traffic works, domestic water, and improving living conditions for the people.

Sending full confidence in the Congress, the Party Committee, government and people expect the Party's major decisions to help the border area fulfill its mission: protecting the border, protecting the people, protecting the forest, protecting the country, protecting the environment.
Mr. Nguyen The Tai - Secretary of the Trinh Tuong Commune Party Committee shared: "We hope that after the Congress, the State will continue to have preferential mechanisms and policies for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas, especially border communes".


In Ta Xi Lang commune - an area with many difficulties in Lao Cai province, in 2025, it will be heavily affected by the circulation of storm No. 10 (Bualoi). Natural disasters caused landslides in the houses of some households, damaged roads and irrigation works.



However, with the strong and synchronous direction of local Party committees and authorities in implementing tasks and solutions, people's lives and production have quickly stabilized; the socio-economic development continues to receive attention. Thanks to that, the commune has reduced the number of poor households by 10% compared to last year.
Welcoming the 14th National Party Congress, on main roads, commune centers, cultural houses, schools and many households in the mountainous villages and hamlets of Ta Xi Lang, the national flag, the Party flag and the pink flag flew brilliantly.
Amidst the cold fog of the border winter, the red color is even more prominent, contributing to creating an exciting, united atmosphere towards the country's important political event.


Mr. Giang No Ho, a prestigious person in Xa Nhu village, Ta Xi Lang commune, expressed: "Previously, our village was poor and backward, but thanks to the leadership of the Party, the houses have become much more spacious and clean.
The people in the village are very grateful to the Party and always comply with the State's policies and laws."
